Our Mission

At Kartal Air, we are cultivating the next generation of aerospace engineers through hands-on experience in autonomous systems design, advanced aerodynamics, and precision mission execution. Our team from Merkez Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi is committed to pushing the boundaries of UAV technology in the SUAS 2026 competition.

SUAS 2026: Storm Response Mission

Developing autonomous UAV systems for disaster response scenarios, featuring precision payload delivery, advanced object detection, and real-time mission execution.

Autonomous Navigation

GPS-guided waypoint navigation with real-time obstacle avoidance and precision landing capabilities.

ODLC Systems

Object Detection, Localization, and Classification algorithms achieving 94% accuracy in real-time scenarios.

Precision Delivery

Payload delivery mechanism with 15cm accuracy from 50m altitude for storm response operations.

A Strong Start on Day One: Technical Inspections Cleared & Flight 1 Accomplished!

On the opening day of RoboNation SUAS 2026, Team GÖKTİM Kartal Air took to the field and completed the full assembly of the METE UAV. After successfully clearing the judges' rigorous technical, safety, and avionics inspections, our aircraft executed its first official flight mission with precision and flight safety. Validating our autonomous navigation and mission parameters under real-world conditions gives us great momentum. Driven by teamwork and focused resolve, we are already full-steam ahead for Flight 2!
