First Structural Assembly Phase of METE S-1 Begins

Back to All Logs

A thrilling milestone has been reached at the Kartal Air R&D Center. Following the successful completion of aerodynamic simulations and 3D modeling, the 15-20 cm modular fuselage segments of METE S-1, printed with lightweight LW-PLA, are being integrated for the first time. The mechanical integration of the 15 mm square carbon fiber main spar, which bears the primary wing load, and the 10 mm carbon rods that distribute bending moments across the fuselage chassis, is being executed with absolute precision. This assembly phase, ensuring rigid structural integrity and millimeter-accurate calibrations, lays the foundational groundwork for our aircraft's advanced autonomous mission capabilities.
