To overcome 300 mm printer bed constraints, the airframe was segmented into modular sections. Light-Weight PLA (LW-PLA) was selected for non-structural skins, while eSUN PLA+ HS was utilized for structural bulkheads. Interlocking male-female alignment joints bolted with M3 fasteners allow complete rough assembly and field component swaps in under 15 minutes (MTTR <= 15 min).
